2. How current and up to date are the listings I am viewing?

| The listings should be current and up to date. Our Realtors® add/remove and edit their listings as needed. For the most current information, contact the Realtor ® who is listing the property and ask any questions you may have regarding the property in question. |

3. Will I need to download anything or buy software to use the features on AustralianRealtors.com.au? |
|
| No. AustralianRealtors.com.au should have no problems with any of the Internet browsers you may be using, as long as they are they most current versions. If you feel that your Internet browser may not be the latest version, then we recommend you download the most current version on to your PC. |

4. I need to change my preferences for my alerts, how do I do that?
|

| Simply login to your account and select the “Alerts” link, then select the Alert that you would like to modify, then modify the preferences for that Alert. |

5. I no longer wish to receive any listings emailed to me, how do I stop that? |
|
| To remove yourself from receiving email alerts: login to your account, then click on "Alerts", then click on the Email Alert that you would like to cancel and then click on the “Cancel” link. |

6. I can’t seem to remember my login information?
|
|
| Always remember that your login will be your email address. To get your password emailed to you, click on the “Forgot Password” link, then enter your email address and your password will be emailed to you. |

7. Is your Home Value Estimator equivalent to an Appraisal? |
|
| No. The Home Value Estimator is not an Appraisal. The Home Value Estimator is a tool for you to have an idea about what your home value may be. You need an Appraiser to get the actual value of your home. |

8. When is the information that you provide for neighborhoods and schools updated?

10. Is it necessary for a Real Estate Agent to help me with my search? |

| It is not necessary for a Real Estate Agent to assist you with your search however; Real Estate Agents are a great source of information. We highly recommend you use a Real Estate Agent when you purchase a home. They make things very easy for you and they are extremely helpful. If you do not have a Real Estate Agent in mind that’s ok, you can use our website to find one in your area. Just go to the home page and search for a Real Estate Agent in your area. You can then choose which one you would like to work with, its that simple. |

11. Why isn’t there any listings in my area?
|
|
All of our listings come from agents that are members of AustralianRealtors.com.au. If listings are limited in your area, please notify us and we will make sure we contact agents in your town so that we can have listings for you to view. Make sure you sign up for email notifications that way you will automatically be notified when new listings are available

12. Why can’t I see my area from the aerial maps? |
|
| If you cannot see your area, there may be a good chance that there just isn’t coverage there yet. There is a much better chance of having aerial photography available for your area if you live in a higher populated section of the country. New areas are always being added and coverage is always expanding. |

13. Do you sell any of the information that I provide?
|
|
Absolutley Not. We value your privacy. Only AustralianRealtors.com.au and the Real Estate Agents that you personally contact will have access to the information that you provide.

14. What If I want to have multiple searches with different criteria, is that possible?
|
|
| Yes, you can have as many searches as you want. There is no limit to how many you save. |

15. What If I want to have new listings emailed to different email addresses? |
|
| We recommend that only one email be used to for new listings. If you want them sent to multiple email addresses, then you would have to set up a new account. |

16. Why is it that sometimes listings do not have an image to view? |
|
| More than likely it’s because the listings that you are viewing with no images are new and the Real Estate Agent has not uploaded an image. We are sure that one will be uploaded as soon as the Real Estate Agent gets a chance to add one. |
